3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 89bk Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether directly or through a proxy, is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any balance or pending bonuses.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 89bk support immediately by emailing [email protected].

89bk will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

89bk supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure convenient banking for Bangladeshi players. All monetary amounts on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200. Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000. These limits are subject to change.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support before retrying to avoid duplicate charges.
• 89bk does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), subject to verification completion.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method matching the name on your 89bk account.
• Any bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal request involving bonus funds will be approved.
• 89bk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000, which may extend the processing time.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

89bk regularly offers bonuses and promotional campaigns to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. A minimum deposit threshold applies to qualify.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The rollover multiplier and eligible games will be specified per promotion.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash until all applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.

All bets placed on the 89bk Platform are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying their selections before submitting any wager. The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity:

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per game type are displayed within each game interface and may be updated periodically.
• In the event of a technical fault, malfunction, or disruption that affects game outcomes, 89bk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripting tools, or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account.
